关于EPC总承包模式下全过程造价控制的研究

Research on Whole Process Cost Control under EPC General Contracting Mode

EPC作为建设工程项目发承包新型模式能够使得整个工程项目的设计和施工两个阶段实现高度的结合,而在这一项目控制过程中,造价控制是其中最为重要的目标之一。为了更合理控制工程造价,本文从工程建设项目决策、设计、发承包和施工四个阶段探讨加强工程建设全过程造价控制的方法,以达到保证工程质量、缩短工期、增加收益的目的。

EPC general contracting mode,as a new model for contracting of construction project,enables a high degree of integration between the engineering design phase and construction phase of the entire project. In the project control process,cost control is one of the most important goals.In order to control the project cost more reasonably, this paper discusses the methods of strengthening the cost control in the whole process of project construction period in four stages of decision-making,design,contracting and construction in order to achieve the purpose of ensuring project quality,shortening construction period and increasing benefits.
