Brief Discussion on Procurement Management of Uzbekistan General Contracting Project

随着中国"一带一路"政策的持续推进,中国与乌兹别克斯坦正建立有效的利益共同体,促成基础设施建设、石油化工、新能源等领域内一系列重大项目的落地和实施。基于石化工程的国际化属性,国际化采购管理在地域、政策、资源等各个方面与中国国内项目执行存在明显差异。在国际化采购管理过程中,管理者如何规避风险,最终实现既定商业目标,是本文的主旨内容。

With the continuous promotion of China’s"the Belt and Road"policy,China and Uzbekistan are establishing an effective community of interests to promote the born and implementation of a series of major projects in the fields of infrastructure construction, petrochemicals and new energy.Based on the internationalization of petrochemical engineering projects,international procurement management is obviously different from China’s domestic project execution in various aspects such as regions,policies and resources. In the process of international procurement management,how to avoid risks and ultimately achieve the established business objectives is the main content of this paper.
