摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱内标法,以联苯为内标,乙腈+0.3%乙酸溶液=70+30(v/v)为流动相,使用0DS C18 250×4. 6mm (i.d)不锈钢色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在228nm处对呋吡菌胺进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,在该色谱条件下,基线平稳,呋吡菌胺、内标物和杂质能得到较好地分离,保留时间适中,分析方法的线性相关系数为0. 9994,呋吡菌胺平均回收率为100. 28%,标准偏差为0.12,变异系数为0.12%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of Furametpyr TC was established by RP-HPLC on ODS C18 column at 228nm. Acetonitrile+0. 3% acetic acid solution was used as mobile phase and biphenyl as internal standard. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 4, the standard deviation of 0.12, the variation coefficient of 0.12%, and the average recovery of 100. 28% were obtained.
