自纠偏液压控制系统在西黑山排冰闸的应用

摘要 结合南水北调西黑山排冰闸的液压控制原理,对西黑山排冰闸控制原理和操作过程进行了介绍。浅析了液压启闭机双缸不同步的原因,重点阐述了液压系统的自动纠偏过程,以及解决闸控系统升级改造过程中遇到的系统与开度仪数据不一致的问题,并针对液压系统运行的稳定性提出了合理化建议。 In combination with the hydraulic control principle of the Xiheishan ice sluice of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, this paper introduces the control principle and operation process of the Xiheishan ice sluice, analyzes the cause of synchronization failure of double cylinders of the hydraulic hoist, expounds the automatic deviation correction process of the hydraulic system and the solution to inconsistent data between the system and the opening meter during gate control system upgrading, and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the operation stability of the hydraulic system.
