浅谈南水北调中线工程闸控系统安全问题及建议

Brief discussion on safety problems of gate control system for Central Route Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and corresponding suggestions

南水北调中线工程闸站远程监控系统是整个工程的核心生产信息系统,一旦闸控系统受到安全威胁将直接影响到工程的安全运行,因此,做好闸控系统安全管理工作意义重大。本文从分析南水北调中线闸控系统人员管理方式入手,分析存在的人为安全隐患,同时结合日常管理工作经验提出了可操作性的建议,供工程管理者参考。

The remote monitoring system of gate station for the Central Route Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project is the core production information system of the whole project. Any threat to the safety of the gate control system will directly affect the operation safety of the Project. Therefore, good safety management of the gate control system is of great significance. Starting with the analysis of personnel management mode of the gate control system for the Central Route Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, this paper analyzes existing potential man-made safety hazards, and puts forward operational suggestions based on daily management experience for the reference of project managers.
