摘要
目的分析不同方法处理后袋装中药煎煮液被微生物污染的状况,并总结减少袋装中药煎煮液污染的措施。方法在经自动煎药包装机前期处理及前期未处理的情况下,分别取袋装中药煎煮液,采用薄膜过滤法进行微生物限度检查。结果在前期未处理的情况下,隔天使用自动煎药包装机时袋装中药的细菌数均>100菌落形成单位(CFU)/ml,而当天再次使用时袋装中药的细菌数均<100 CFU/ml。前期只用沸水冲洗的自动煎药包装机,袋装中药的细菌数均> 755 CFU/ml;前期用自动煎药包装机煮沸水10 min或20 min后进行冲洗,袋装中药的细菌数均≤100 CFU/ml。含有大量蛋白质中药的细菌数相对较高。结论自动煎药包装机的出液管路清洁状况是袋装中药煎煮液被微生物污染的重要原因,自动煎药包装机在使用前应用清水(5 000 ml)煮沸约10 min效果较佳。
Objective To analyze the microbial contamination condition of packaged Chinese medicines decoction after intervention by different methods,and to summarize the measurements for reducing the contamination of packaged Chinese medicines decoction. Methods In the condition of presence or absence of pre-processing with the automatic decocting and packaging machine,packaged Chinese medicines decoction was collected to perform microbial limit test using membrane-filter procedure. Results Under the condition of pre-processing absence,bacterial counts of packaged Chinese medicines were more than 100 colony-forming unit( CFU)/ml when operating the automatic decocting and packaging machine the next day,and bacterial counts of packaged Chinese medicines were less than 100 CFU/ml when operating again the same day. Bacterial counts of packaged Chinese medicines were more than 755 CFU/ml when cleaning the automatic decocting and packaging machine with boiling water only for pre-processing;bacterial counts of packaged Chinese medicines were less than or equal to 100 CFU/ml when cleaning the automatic decocting and packaging machine after boil for 10 or 20 minutes. Bacterial count was relatively high in the high-protein containing packaged Chinese medicines. Conclusion Cleanliness of liquid outlet pipe is a major cause of packaged Chinese medicines decoction polluted by microorganism. It might achieve better efficacy to boil with water( 5 000 ml) for about10 minutes before operating the automatic decocting and packaging machine.
