基于熵权TOPSIS法的银川市土地利用结构合理性评价

摘要 合理的土地利用结构对于区域社会、经济以及生态的全面发展具有重要作用,而土地利用结构合理性评价对于优化土地利用结构和进行土地利用总体规划具有指导意义.本文以银川市土地利用变更数据为基础数据,综合运用熵权法、TOPSIS法和灰色关联度等模型对银川市2006—2015年的土地利用合理性进行综合评价,结果显示:2006—2015年间银川市土地利用结构合理度较好,总体保持在48%~60%,变化幅度不大;从时间上看呈现出波动上升的变化趋势;土地利用结构合理性受土地利用类型影响,且不同土地利用类型影响程度不同,草地、耕地、城镇工矿用地、水利设施用地影响程度最大,因此合理开发利用未利用地,保障耕地数量和质量,严控建设用地面积增长,对优化和提高银川市土地利用结构合理度具有重要作用. Reasonable land use structure plays an important role in the overall development of regional society, economy and ecology. The rational evaluation of land use structure is of guiding significance for optimizing land use structure and overall land use planning. Based on the data of land use change data in Yinchuan City, this paper comprehensively applies the entropy weight method, TOPSIS method and grey correlation degree to comprehensively evaluate the rationality of land use in Yinchuan City from 2006 to 2015, in order to optimize the regional land use structure and Land use planning provides a reference basis. The results show that the land use structure of Yinchuan City is reasonable in 2006-2015, and the overall value is maintained between 48% and 60%, with little change. From the time point of view, it shows a trend of rising fluctuations;the land use structure is reasonable. Sexually affected by the type of land use, and the degree of impact of different land use types is different, grassland, cultivated land, urban industrial and mining land, water conservancy facilities have the greatest impact, so rational development and utilization of unused land, guarantee the quantity and quality of cultivated land, and strictly control the area of construction land Growth plays an important role in optimizing and improving the rationality of land use structure in Yinchuan City.
