福建省农业科技信息资源共享现状、评价及展望

The sharing of agricultural science and technology information resources:Current situation,evaluation and prospect

基于福建省农户、企业、政府的调查数据,分析福建省农业科技信息资源共享过程中农户与企业的共享意愿、共享途径、共享信息种类、共享障碍等现状,论述福建省农业科技信息资源共享的政府推进模式、市场推进模式与农户需求驱动模式,在对福建省农业科技信息资源共享综合评价分析的基础上设计农业科技信息资源多元主体协作推进共享模式,并从强化政府管理作用、发挥市场主体作用、培育社会辅助作用多角度提出该模式的实现路径.

Based on the survey data of farmers, enterprises and governments in Fujian Province, we analyze the current situation of the sharing willingness, the sharing approaches, the sharing information, and the sharing barriers of farmers and enterprises in the process of agricultural science and technology information resource sharing in Fujian Province. Then, we discuss the government promotion mode, market promotion mode and farmers' demand-driven mode of agricultural science and technology information resource sharing in Fujian Province. Finally, a collaborative sharing model of multiple subjects of agricultural science and technology information resources was designed on the basis of comprehensive evaluation and analysis of agricultural science and technology information resources sharing in Fujian province. We propose the realization path of this model from the perspective of strengthening the role of government management, giving play to the role of market players, and fostering social assistance.
