摘要
基于广州地铁2号线生产和运营情况,探索"四日检"检修模式的优化方案。使用FMECA分析"四日检"推行的可行性,跟踪"四日检"推行效果并全面推广,以达到优化生产检修模式、提升生产组织效率、降低人力成本的目的。
Based on the operation of Guangzhou metro line 2, this paper explores the optimization scheme of the Four-day Inspection maintenance mode. FMECA is used to analyze the feasibility of implementation of the Four-day Inspection, tracking the effect of the implementation of the Four-day Inspection, and promoting it in an all-round way, so as to optimize the mode of operation and maintenance, improve the efficiency of operation organization and reduce the cost of manpower.
