基于师范类专业认证的教育实习改革探析 被引量:10

摘要 师范类专业认证是国家对教师教育专业实行的一种质量认可制度。教育实习作为教师教育专业的重要组成部分,其效果直接关系到专业认证的结果。师范类专业认证对高校教育实习组织管理提出了新要求,高校有必要对当前教育实习中存在的问题进行审视,调整教育实习目标,重新构建教育实习标准,建立与完善教育实习制度,设立教育实习评价档案袋,加大教育实习改革的力度,以专业认证推动教育实习质量的提升。 Teachers'professional certification is a national quality recognition system for student teaching practice.As a part of teacher education,the effect of student teaching practice is directly related to the result of professional certification.Teachers'professional certification has new requirements for the running of student teachers'internship,so it is necessary for universities to examine the problems existing in the current student teachers'internship.Adjusting the goals,re-establishing standards,improving the system,developing the portfolio assessment of student teaching practice,and strengthening the reform are the ways to promote the improvement of student teaching practice through teachers'professional certification.
