学习动机理论在文科大学生自主学习中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 自主学习在文科专业课程中具有重要地位,专业课教师对学生的自主学习有指导作用,能够刺激学生的学习动机。文章以历史学专业大一学生开设的《中国古代史》为例,结合自主学习和学习动机的理论,从充分调动学生的学习兴趣、指导帮助学生建立自主学习的学习目标、奖励学生等三个方面讨论了教师刺激学生学习动机的方法和作用,教师应尽可能提供与自主学习主题密切相关的资料,促进学生更好达成自主学习目标。教师在指导学生设置学习目标时,应将完成学习目标与评价机制联系起来,给学生更多直接的鼓励。教师应通过成绩评定等方式,为学生提供信息性反馈,增强学生的自我效能感。 Self-regulated learning plays an important role in liberal arts courses.Professional teachers give guides on students'self-regulated learning and can stimulate their learning motivation.Taking Ancient Chinese History as an example and combining with the western self-regulated learning and motivation theories,we discuss on how teachers stimulate students'self-regulated learning from three aspects:arousing students'interest in learning,guiding students to establish learning goals for self-regulated learning,and rewarding students.Teachers should try their best to provide information closely related to the subject of autonomous learning,so as to promote students to better achieve their goals.When instructing students to set learning goals,teachers should link the learning goals with the evaluation mechanism to give more direct encouragement to students.Teachers should provide students with feedback information and enhance their sense of self-efficacy through evaluation.
