Teaching Reform and Practice of “Functional Food and the Development” under the Background of “Internet +”

"互联网+"教育是教育与互联网科技相结合的一种新的教育形式。在"互联网+"背景下,教师可利用互联网技术与互联网思维整合各种资源,完善课堂教学。以《功能性食品及开发》课程为依托,开展互联网+教学模式的尝试,以期为未来专业建设和发展提供一些实践依据及优化策略。

“Internet+”education is a new form of education which is combining education with Internet technology. Under the background of“Internet+”,teachers can integrate various resources by using Internet technology and Internet thinking to improve classroom teaching. Based on the course of “Functional Food and the Development”, this paper attempts to develop an Internet+ teaching mode, in the hopes that it will provide some practical advice and optimization strategy for the future construction and development of the specialty.
