顾客价值是市场营销学的热点之一。学者对顾客价值的定义,顾客价值的分类,以及顾客价值与消费者行为的关系等进行了诸多研究。
Customer value is one of the hot topics in marketing. And a great number of studies have been done on its definition, classification, and the relationship between customer value and customer behavior by many scholars.
