摘要
2014年国家首次提出要"发挥企业重要办学主体作用",这一命题的提出对企业在职业教育中的地位予以了全新的界定。要通过完善顶层设计,建立配套机制,加强宣传引导,提高企业办学认知度;企业要突破管理局限,全面参与人才培养。
In 2014, Chinese government proposed to play the main role of enterprises in running schools for the first time, which gave a brand-new definition to the position of enterprises in vocational education. Awareness of enterprise-owned schools should be raised by improving the top-level design, establishing supporting mechanisms, and strengthening publicity and guidance. However, enterprises should break through the limitations of management and participate in personnel training comprehensively.
