Through analyzing the existing problems in the management of three grades of reserves in Xianglushan Tungsten Ore,the paper puts forward the measures of scientific management of three grades of reserves.It can guide the management of three grades of reserves in late stage scientifically,to ensure the substantial development of the mine and to use the working capital rationally,so that it can achieve the stable and high yield of the mine.
