摘要
莱芜某选矿厂针对混合浮选系统出现的液位不一致的问题进行了技术改造,将每段作业工序一个控制点改为每个浮选槽一个控制点,每台浮选机添加一套风量自动调整系统。这套系统对浮选机的液位及进入浮选槽的风量进行监测,根据液位和风量参数对气动执行阀进行自动控制,实现风量的自动控制,并使混合浮选每个浮选槽体液位和泡沫层达到稳定,提高了浮选效果和金属回收率。
For the problem of level difference occurred in mixing and flotation system in a beneficiation plant in Laiwu,technical renovation is made.One control point for each stage of working procedure is changed to one control point for each flotation tank and a set of air flow automatic control system is added for each flotation machine.This control system monitors liquid level of flotation machine as well as air flow into the flotation tank.According to parameters of liquid level and air flow,pneumatic actuating valves are automatically controlled to realize automatic control of air flow.Besides,it makes liquid level and foam layer of each flotation tank reach stable,improving flotation effects and metal recovery rate.
