摘要
介绍了凌钢烧结原有的配矿体系,指出其存在的问题。在分析常用外粉的化学成分及建立新的综合品位评价体系基础上,展开优化配矿研究,实现了烧结产能和质量的提高,获得了较好的经济效益。
Existing ore proportioning system for sinter plant of Lingyuan Iron and Steel Co.is introduced and problems for the system is pointed out.After analyzing chemical properties of ore fines and establishing new comprehensive grade evaluation system,optimized ore proportioning is studied.It improves sintering productivity and quality and good economic benefits are obtained.
