摘要
介绍了侧向崩矿法和VCR法两种深孔回采爆破落矿方式的作业形式和优缺点对比,并结合某铁矿的采矿工艺和矿块布置形式,对比不同爆破方式在工序时间、生产能力和相关参数的差异,最终选择适合爆破落矿方式。通过对该爆破落矿方式的进一步优化,解决了一些技术性难题。
The paper introduces the operation method and comparison of advantages and disadvantages of ore breaking methods by deep hole backstopping blasting method in ore breaking in side direction and VCR ways.Combining the mining process and ore block arrangement form for a certain iron ore,the paper compares differences of blasting methods on process duration,production capability,and relevant parameters.Finally,it chooses the suitable blasting ore break method.Through the further optimization on this blasting ore break method,it solves some technical difficulties.
