银杏叶提取物注射液联合氟桂利嗪治疗梅尼埃病的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection combined with flunarizine in treatment of Meniere's disease

目的观察银杏叶提取物注射液联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗梅尼埃病的临床疗效。方法选取2016年5月—2018年5月德阳市人民医院收治的梅尼埃病患者80例作为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照组患者口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,2粒/次,1次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上静滴银杏叶提取物注射液,5 mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中,1次/d。两组均连续治疗7 d。观察两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状消失时间和恢复情况,并比较两组治疗前后的血液流变学指标。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的67.50%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的眩晕、耳鸣和耳聋消失时间均显著短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的眩晕、耳鸣和听力减退恢复率均显著高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的全血黏度、全血黏度高切和全血黏度低切水平均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后治疗组的血液流变学指标显著低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物注射液联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗梅尼埃病疗效显著,可有效改善患者眩晕、耳鸣、耳聋等临床症状,改善局部血液循环,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules in treatment of Meniere’s disease. Methods Patients(80 cases) with Meniere’s disease in People’s Hospital of Deyang City from May 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases.Patients in the control group were po administered with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules, 2 grains/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection, 5 mL added into 5% glucose injection 250 mL,once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms disappear time, and recovery were evaluated, and hemorheological indexes in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy treatment group was 90.00%, which was higher than 67.50% in the control group, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of vertigo, tinnitus, and deafness in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the recovery rates of vertigo, tinnitus, and hearing loss in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of whole blood viscosity, high blood viscosity, and low blood viscosity in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group(P < 0.05). And the hemorheological indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules has significant clinical efficacy in treatment of Meniere’s disease, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of vertigo, tinnitus and deafness, and improve the local blood circulation, which has a certain clinical application value.
