摘要
随着经济的发展及桥梁施工水平的提高,连续梁转体施工在跨越既有铁路桥梁中的应用越来越普遍。如何降低和减小施工对既有线路的行车安全及设备运行造成的影响,是转体施工的核心。本文以新建郑万铁路(河南段)北汝河特大桥跨孟平铁路转体梁施工为背景,就转体的球较设计与安装、正式转体前的试转、转体就位及精调、中跨合龙等关键技术进行了介绍和分析,特别针对中跨合龙段在面对空间受限、天窗点时间紧张等多种不利因素限制下施工技术进行研究和思考,对转体施工进一步完善具有里程碑式的意义,为以后同类桥梁的施工和设计提供借鉴。
With the development of economy and the improvement of bridge construction level, the application of continuous beam swivelling construction in crossing the existing railway bridge is becoming more and more common. How to reduce the impact to traffic safety and equipment operation of existing lines? These are the key points. Taking the construction of swivel girder across Mengping Railway of Beiru River Bridge on Zhengzhou-Wanzhon High-speed Railway ( Henan section) as a background, the author introduced and analyzed the key technologies of design and installation of rotary spherical hinge, preliminary rotation, positioning and fine-tuning of the rotation, and the closure of the mid-span. In particular, the author made a consideration and study on the construction technology of mid-span closure section under the unfavorable factors of limited space and time constraints of reserved-time points. It is of milestone significance for improving swivel construction and provides reference for the construction and design of similar bridges in the future.
