摘要
在城市道路项目修建过程中,基坑工程常常紧邻建筑物、交通要道,具有工期紧迫、施工条件复杂、施工场地紧张等特点,必须加以重视。长沙市渔业路及延伸道路工程位于盛世路与福元路之间,紧邻湘江,地下水位高。渔业路及延伸工程隧道工程为该工程的一部分,隧道与城市主干路芙蓉北路、京广铁路、地下管线、地铁一号线区间交叉。基坑主要处于砂质及泥质软土地层,地层条件差。本文结合渔业路的基坑工程建设,采用钻孔灌注桩+内支撑的支护形式,坑外桩间采用高压旋喷桩止水,基坑变形得到了有效控制,施工过程中沉降较小,对周边环境影响小,较好地解决了渔业路基坑支护的难题,使渔业路成为河东主城区、星马新城与河西新城连接的重要过江通道,对类似工程具有一定的借鉴意义。
During the construction of urban road projects, foundation pit projects are often adjacent to buildings and major traffic routes, which have the characteristics of urgent construction period, complex construction conditions and tense construction sites, and we must pay enough attention to it. The Yuye Road and extended road project in Changsha is located between Shengshi Road and Fuyuan Road. It is adjacent to the Xiangjiang River and has a high ground water level, the Yuye Road and its extension construction are parts of the project. The tunnel project is intersected with Furong North Road, Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, underground pipeline and Metro Line 1. The foundation pit is mainly located in sandy and argillaceous soft soil stratum with poor strata conditions. In view of the construction of foundation pit on Yuye Road, the author adopted bored cast-in-place pile and internal support, and used high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile to stop water between piles outside the pit. The deformation of foundation pit was effectively controlled. During the construction process, the settlement of foundation pit was small and had little influence on the surrounding environment, which better solved the problem of foundation pit support of Yuye Road, and made Yuye Road become an important river-crossing passage connecting Hedong main urban area, Xingma New Town and Hexi New Town, which had certain reference significance for similar projects.
