摘要
地下车站的土建投资在地铁建设中往往占据了很大的比重,而在实际建设过程中,往往由于设计不精细、业主需求不明确等原因,造成了大量的建筑空间浪费,使得地铁投资增加。配线车站由于设置辅助线,土建规模严格受控,很难缩减;标准站可以通过优化设备用房布置,可有效缩减车站的建筑面积,从而降低投资。本文针对既有线出现的地铁建筑空间设计冗余问题,通过精细化设备用房布置、调整系统设计方案、优化设备用房布置等手段,有效减少非必要的检修、交通、吊装空间,大大缩减了地下车站设备用房面积,有效地提高了空间使用率。
In the construction of subways, the investment in civil engineering of underground stations often occupies a large proportion. In the actual construction process, a large amount of construction space is wasted because the design is not fine, the owner's demand is not clear, resulting in an increase in subway investment. Due to the installation of sidings in some stations, the scale of civil construction is strictly controlled and it is difficult to be reduced. The standard station can effectively reduce the construction space and thus shorten the investment by optimizing the layout of equipment rooms. Based on the problems of redundant building space design occurred in existing lines, by means of elaborating the layout of equipment rooms, adjusting the design scheme of the system and optimizing the layout of equipment rooms, the unnecessary space for maintenance, transportation and hoisting was effectively reduced, and the area of underground station equipment room was greatly shortened. Therefore, the space utilization was improved effectually.
