摘要
针对我国国有企业当前绩效管理过程中出现的定位失准、指标失衡、缺少反馈等诸多问题造成绩效管理引导作用不强的现状,分析并提出了国有企业绩效管理改革的要点在于加强绩效管理作用、建立激励机制、重视制度建设,同时给出了国有企业绩效管理改革创新与升级的策略,旨在合理运用先进的绩效管理模式创立以人为本和人才优先的企业发展理念,不断提升员工素质,实现企业发展目标,创建员工、企业共同成长的良好局面。
Aiming at the current situation of poor guidance of performance management caused by many problems existing in the performance management of state-owned enterprises in China, such as inaccurate positioning, unbalanced indicators and lack of feedback, the author analyzed and pointed out that the key points of performance management reform in state-owned enterprises lay in strengthening the role of performance management, establishing incentive mechanism, and attaching importance to system construction. Based on the advanced experience of performance management in state-owned enterprises, the author gave a strategic analysis of innovation and upgrading of performance management refomi in stateowned enterprises. The purpose is to rationally use the advanced performance management model to create the concept of people-oriented and talent-first enterprise development, constantly improve the quality of employees, achieve enterprise development goals, and create a good situation for employees and enterprises to grow together.
