摘要
通过电子显微镜、粒度分析仪及涂膜性能测试等研究了水性环氧树脂乳液/水性固化剂,低分子质量液体环氧树脂/水性固化剂这2种体系的固化过程。结果表明,前者的水分蒸发和固化交联反应不同时进行,而后者则同时进行。从固化特征可知,水性环氧胶粘剂的粘接特点是贴合时机尤为关键。
The two curing processes of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion/aqueous curing agent and low molecular weight liquid epoxy resin/aqueous curing agent were studied by electron microscope,particle size analyzer and coating film performance test. The results showed that the former water evaporation and curing cross-linking reactions were carried out at different times,while the latter were carried out simultaneously. It was known from the curing characteristics that the bonding characteristics of the waterborne epoxy adhesive was that the bonding timing was particularly important.
