十八大以来,中国共产党在党内监督中重点强化自上而下的组织监督,探索创新巡视监督、派驻监督等监督方式和途径,加强上级纪委对下级纪委的领导,取得明显成效。加强党内监督要抓住主要矛盾和主要问题;要以上率下强化监督责任的落实;要以党内监督带动其他监督、完善监督体系,是自上而下组织监督实践带给我们的有益经验启示。
