摘要
为解决非公路用旅游观光车辆车体强度试验载荷布置不均匀且易掉落的问题,本文研究提出了一种车体强度试验装置及其方法。按照被试验车辆的整备质量值以及该车顶棚承载的面积计算出配重块的数量、体积、重量的比值,再将相邻配重块的连接,最终使得载荷块能有效均匀静布在弧面或者有高低落差的顶棚表面。试验表明在有高低落差的顶棚表面试验时能有效控制配重块的滑落,证明了该方法的有效性。试验过程安全、高效,满足场车技术监察规程要求的结构强度试验要求。
In order to solve the problem that the load of the vehicle body strength test of off-road sightseeing bus is uneven and easy to fall, this article proposes a vehicle body strength test device and its method. The ratio of the quantity, volume and weight of the balancing weights are calculate daccording to the weight of the tested vehicle and the area carried by the roof, and the adjacent balancing weight sare connected, so that the load blocks can be effectively and evenly distributed on the arc surface or unsmooth roof surface. The test result shows that the sliding of the balancing weight can be effectively controlled on the unsmooth roof surface designed, which proves the effectiveness of the method. The test process is safe and efficient, which meets the structural strength test requirements.
