摘要
随着人类社会的进步,对电梯高效使用的需求越来越大,许多低速电梯被进行提速改造。本文从电梯提高额定速度涉及的曳引系统、限速器、安全钮、补偿装置、缓冲器、导轨、底坑空间、顶部空间、平衡系数、变频器以及轿厢架等几方面进行了分析。同时,通过举例EVA625电梯综合性能检测仪测得的电梯提速后的舒适度来进行讨论电梯提速与舒适度的关系。最后就电梯提速在现场电梯检验时应注意的事项进行了说明。
With the development of society,The demand of the efficiency of elevators has rapidly increased.Therefore, many low-speed elevators have been upgraded.This paper analyzes the traction system, over speed governor, safety gear, compensating device, buffer, guide rail, pit depth, overhead, equilibrium coefficient, frequency converter and plank which are involved in the increase of elevators’ rated speed.Furthermore, the relationship between the speed increasing and the comfort of an elevator has been discussed by exemplifying the comfort of the elevator after increasing the speed measured by the EVA625 elevator comprehensive performance tester. Finally, the cautions needed attention to the speed increased elevators that have been explained in the instructions during the elevator inspection.
