Closure Weld Crack Analysisof Steam Cooler for Secondary Reheat Unit

某二次再热机组的蒸汽冷却器焊缝在设备制造厂制造过程中,发现合拢焊缝中存在横向裂纹。本文通过对容器制造的工序、工艺及现场情况的检查分析,提出了裂纹产生的原因和预防措施。

During the manufacturing process in the equipment manufacturer,a transverse weld crack was happened in the closure weld of steam cooler for secondary reheat unit. Based on the inspection and analysis of the working procedure, process and field situation of vessel manufacturing, this paper puts forward the causes of cracks and preventive measures.
