摘要
在传统铰链式侧开门硫化罐的设计基础上,进行了改进,开发设计了悬臂式硫化罐,通过悬臂承担罐门及齿圈的重量,同时增加了安全联锁装置的可靠性,使罐门开启关闭更加灵活,减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
The traditional hinged side door on the basis of vulcanizing tank design, is improved.By the development and design of cantilever type vulcanizing tank, the weight of the ring gear is undertaken by cantilever tank door, the reliability of safety interlockis increased at the same timewhich makesclosed door open more flexible,reduces the labor intensity of operators and improves the working efficiency.
