摘要 [目的]构建基于岗位胜任力的新入职护士规范化培训体系,为新护士的岗位培训提供参考标准。[方法]以中国注册护士能力架构为指导,在文献回顾、小组讨论的基础上,拟定培训体系初稿,编制专家咨询问卷,并对江苏省内18名专家进行2轮咨询,采用层次分析法确定各级指标权重。[结果]两轮专家咨询问卷的有效回收率分别为90%、100%,专家权威系数(Cr)分别为0.819和0.861,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.325和0.255(P<0.01)。最终形成的新入职护士规范化培训体系包括4项一级指标、10项二级指标、47项三级指标。[结论]新入职护士规范化培训体系的构建方法科学规范,内容设置合理,可为护士规范化培训提供理论指导,以培养符合临床需求和社会发展的合格护士。 Objective: To construct a standardized training system for new nurses based on post competency,so as to provide reference standards for the post training of new nurses. Methods: Under the guidance of the competency framework of registered nurses in China and on the basis of literature review and group discussion,the preliminary draft of the training system was prepared,and the expert consultation questionnaire was compiled.18 experts in Jiangsu province received 2 rounds of consultation,and the weight of indicators at all levels was determined by using the analytic hierarchy process. Results: The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 90% and 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.819 and 0.861,and the Kendall coordination coefficient was 0.325 and 0.255,respectively ( P <0.01).The final standardized training system for new nurses included 4 first-level indicators,10 second level indicators and 47 third level indicators. Conclusion: The construction method of the standardized training system for new nurses is scientific and standardized,and the content is reasonable,which can provide theoretical guidance for the standardized training of nurses,so as to cultivate qualified nurses in line with clinical needs and social development.
