摘要
采用微波消解法对香青进行预处理,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定香青中Zn、Mg、Ca、Fe含量。在最优的试验条件下,测得的各元素的含量分别为Zn:134.08μg·g^(-1)、Mg:2352.15μg·g^(-1)、Ca:5968.37μg·g^(-1)、Fe:1433.20μg·g^(-1).各元素的相关系数为:0.9954~0.9998,RSD值为:0.29%~1.50%,加标回收率为:93.3%~106.3%.各元素的检出限为:0.0023μg·mL^(-1)~0.0273μg·mL^(-1).
The contents of 4 elements, which are Zn、Mg、Ca、and Fe, in the herbal medicine were dissolved by microwave digestion method and determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Under the optimal experimental conditions the content of Zn, Mg, Ca, Fe is 134.08μg·g ^-1 ,2352.15μg·g^-1 ,5968.37μg·g^-1 ,and 1433.20μg·g^-1 respectively. The correlation coefficient is from 0.9954 to 0.9998.RSD is from 0.29% to 1.50%.The recovery rate is from 93.30% to 106.3%.The detection limit of each element is from 0.0023to 0.0273μg·mL^-1 .
