摘要
利用低温水热反应法制备出BiFeO_3纳米光催化剂,利用XRD、SEM、UV-Vis DRS对其表征,采用罗丹明B作为目标污染物测试其光催化降解能力。结果显示,制备温度为140℃,KOH的浓度为2 mol/L时,制备的BiFeO_3纳米光催化剂晶相均一、晶粒尺寸在30~100 nm左右、颗粒有团聚现象,截止吸收波长约为600 nm。相比较其他浓度,该样品的降解效率最高,80 min后99.9%的罗丹明B被降解。
BiFeO 3 nanoscale photocatalysts were fabricated via low temperature hydrothermal method and characterized using XRD, SEM and UV-Vis DRS. The photocatalytic activities of BiFeO 3 were investigated through degradation of the typical organic contaminant Rhodamine B(RHB)under simulative sunshine. The experimental results show that when the preparation temperature was 140 ℃ and the concentration of KOH was 2 mol/L, the prepared BiFeO 3 nanoscale photocatalyst had homogeneous crystal phase, the grain size was about 30-100 nm, and the particles had agglomeration and the cut-off absorption wavelength was about 600nm. Compared with other concentrations, the degradation efficiency of the sample was the highest, with 99.9% of RHB degraded within 80 min.
