摘要
目前,高校人才培养的供给侧与建筑业的需求侧之间的结构性矛盾一直存在,而且随着基于BIM的装配式建筑的发展,该矛盾将进一步扩大。首先分析了基于BIM的装配式建筑视角下高校人才培养现状;然后构建了基于BIM的装配式建筑视角下高校人才培养体系;最后提出相应的改革措施。
At present, the structural contradiction between the supply side of talent cultivation and the demand side of construction industry has always existed, and with the development of BIM-based prefabricated construction, the contradiction will be further expanded. Firstly, this paper analyses the current situation of talent cultivation in colleges and universities from the perspective of BIM-based prefabricated construction. Then it constructs the system of talent cultivation in Colleges and universities from the perspective of BIM-based prefabricated construction, and finally puts forward corresponding reform measures.
