摘要 [目的]分析护理领域癌症相关性疲劳研究现状及发展趋势,为临床癌症相关性疲劳护理提供参考和指导。[方法]基于Web of Science数据库,以"cancer related fatigue"AND"nurs~*"为主题词对从1990年—2017年护理领域癌症相关性疲劳文献进行检索,保存检索题录并且导入CiteSpaceⅤ软件进行检索文献可视化分析。[结果]共纳入文献125篇,其中美国发文数量68篇。25篇文献来自《ONCOLOGY NURSING FORUM》杂志。目前研究热点为癌症相关性疲劳病人的生活质量、乳腺癌病人以及护理干预等。[结论]中国护理领域癌症相关性疲劳研究正处于初期阶段,需要更多护理研究者不断积累国外研究经验,为我国的癌症相关性疲劳护理提供有效的护理决策。 Objective: To analyze the status quo and development trend of cancer-related fatigue research in nursing field,so as to provide reference and guidance for clinical cancer-related fatigue nursing. Methods: Based on the Web of Science database,it retrieved the literature on cancer-related fatigue in the nursing field from 1990 to 2017 with the theme of "cancer related fatigue" AND "nursing".It saved the search title and imported it into CiteSpaceV software for visual analysis of the search literature. Results: A total of 125 articles were included,and in which 68 articles were from the United States.25 articles were from the journal ONCOLOGY NURSING FORUM.The quality of life,breast cancer patients and nursing interventions of cancer-related fatigue patients were currently the focus of research. Conclusions: Cancer-related fatigue research in China′s nursing field is in its infancy.It requires more nursing researchers to accumulate foreign research experience and provide effective nursing decisions for cancer-related fatigue care in China.
