基于Web of Science的失禁相关性皮炎护理研究文献计量分析

Bibliometric analysis of incontinence-associated dermatitis nursing research based on Web of Science

[目的]分析失禁相关性皮炎护理研究的分布情况,为今后研究者选择研究方向提供参考。[方法]在Web of Science中的科学引文索引(SCI-E)、社会科学引文索引(SSCI)2个数据库中,采用文献计量学方法,对全球失禁性皮炎护理研究文献进行统计分析。[结果]2003年—2017年全球21个国家,145个研究机构的245位研究人员共发表了失禁相关性皮炎的护理文献82篇,以非试验性研究居多。美国发文量及科研机构发文量最多,Journal of Wound Ostomy And Continence Nursing是载文量最多的杂志。被引频次最高的是Gray M发表的关于失禁相关性皮炎的共识。[结论]失禁相关性皮炎护理领域正处于发展阶段,预防及干预已是研究的热点问题。护理干预的对照研究及质性研究是今后失禁相关性皮炎护理领域的研究热点。

Objective: To analyze the distribution of incontinence-related dermatitis nursing research,and provide reference for future researchers to choose research directions. Methods: Published articles about incontinence-associated dermatitis nursing were retrieved and analyzed by literature bibliometrics method based on SCI-E and SSCI databases of Web of Science. Results: A total of 82 papers were collected from 245 researchers in 145 research institutions in 21 countries from 2003 to 2017.Most of them were non-experimental studies.The American authors published the most papers,the largest number of papers were published by American research institutes.Journal of Wound Ostomy and Continence Nursing was the most popular journal.The most popular article was on consensus of incontinence-associated dermatitis which was published by Gray M. Conclusions: The nursing field of incontinence-related dermatitis is in the development stage.Prevention and intervention have become hotspots in research.The control study and qualitative research on nursing intervention are the research hotspots in the nursing field of incontinence-related dermatitis.
