It introduced the concept,intervention content,development methods and effect evaluation of continuity of nursing.It summarized the application status of continuity of nursing in glaucoma discharge patients,so as to provide reference for glaucoma care workers in China,further standardize the continuity of nursing work process and improve patients′ care satisfaction.
