碳金融在绿色建筑领域的应用现状与前景

Status and Prospect of Carbon Finance in Green Building

碳金融体系在全球范围内快速推广,随着全国碳排放交易体系正式启动,我国碳金融体系的发展也迈入了新阶段。绿色建筑具有良好的碳减排效果,碳金融将绿色建筑实现的减排量与经济效益有机关联起来,有效支撑了绿色建筑发展,促进节能减排。目前,我国建筑行业已在碳排放权交易、减排信用开发等方面做出了积极有益的尝试。未来,碳金融体系将与建筑领域更为紧密的结合,通过碳信贷、碳回购、碳债券、绿色建筑积分等更加多样化的金融工具,进一步支撑绿色建筑的建设与运营,助力建筑行业低碳发展。

Carbon finance system is rapidly spreading on a global scale. With the official launch of China’s national carbon emission trading system, carbon finance in China also entered a new stage. Green Buildings have shown significant carbon emission reduction effect. Carbon finance could link the economic benefits with emission reduction of Green Buildings,effectively promoting the development of Green Buildings and achieving the targets of energy conservation and emission mitigation. China has made active and beneficial explorations such as emissions trading and emission reduction project in applying carbon finance to construction sector. In the future, carbon financial system will be more closely integrated with the construction sector. A variety of financial instruments such as carbon credit, carbon repurchase, carbon bonds, and Green Building credits will be emerged and applied to support the construction and operation of Green Buildings and promote lowcarbon development in the construction industry.
