帕罗西汀联合小剂量奥氮平对轻度抑郁伴失眠患者生命质量的影响

Effect of paroxetine combined with low-dose olanzapine on quality of life in patients with mild depression and insomnia

目的:探讨对轻度抑郁伴失眠患者应用帕罗西汀联合小剂量的奥氮平治疗的效果。方法:选取2016年2月至2018年12月广州市惠爱医院收治的抑郁伴失眠患者68例作为研究对象,随机分成对照组与观察组,每组34例,对照组为患者单用帕罗西汀治疗,观察组使用帕罗西汀+小剂量奥氮平治疗,观察2组治疗效果。结果:2组患者治疗后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均较治疗前降低,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均较治疗前提高,但观察组降低/提高幅度明显大于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后观察组患者在生理、心理、社会及环境等各个方面的生命质量评分上均显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:针对轻度抑郁伴失眠的患者,给予患者应用帕罗西汀结合小剂量的奥氮平治疗,可以显著改善患者的抑郁及失眠症状,并可提高患者生命质量,因此值得在临床中大力推广应用。

Objective: To investigate the effect of paroxetine combined with low-dose olanzapine in patients with mild depression and insomnia. Methods: A Total of 68 subjects were randomly divided into experimental group(34 cases)and control group(34 cases).The control group was treated with paroxetine alone.The experimental group was treated with paroxetine + low-dose olanzapine effect. Results: The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores were higher than those before treatment,but the decrease/improvement of the experimental group was significantly greater than that of the control group( P <0.05).After treatment,the patients in the observation group had significantly higher quality of life scores in physical,psychological,social and environmental aspects than the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: For patients with mild depression and insomnia,the application of paroxetine combined with low-dose olanzapine can significantly improve the symptoms of depression and insomnia,and improve the quality of life of patients,so it is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
