肝硬化患者失眠的因素及治疗预后探究

目的:研究肝硬化患者出现失眠的原因以及治疗方法。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年6月南京市第二医院收治的肝硬化治疗且合并失眠症状的患者45例作为研究对象,在回顾性分析的基础上,回顾在研究期间对患者进行的问卷调查的结果,分析患者失眠的原因,提出针对性的解决办法,并对比患者治疗前后的睡眠时间及觉醒次数。结果:导致肝硬化患者失眠的因素主要有4类,数量分布总共有108个,分别为:患者对并发症的恐惧41个(37. 96%)、医院环境36个(33. 33%)、药物影响19个(17. 59%)、心理因素12个(11. 11%)。经过临床治疗后,患者失眠的情况均有了较为显著的改善。结论:对并发症的恐惧是导致肝硬化患者出现失眠症状的主要原因,其次分别为医院环境、药物影响以及心理因素。因此,必须对患者施以针对性的治疗,进而减轻患者的失眠情况,达到提高患者睡眠质量的目的。

Objective: To study the causes of insomnia in patients with cirrhosis and the methods of nursing and treatment. Methods: Forty-five cases of insomnia patients during the period of cirrhosis of the liver treatment were included from June 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital as the research object.On the basis of the retrospective analysis and review on the results of the questionnaire on the patients during the course of the study,analysis the cause of the patients with insomnia,put forward the corresponding solutions,and compare sleep time and wake-up times of patients before and after treatment. Results: There were four main causes of insomnia in patients with liver cirrhosis,with a total number of 108,including:fear of complications(41 cases)(37.96%),hospital environment(36 cases)(33.33%),drug influence(19 cases)(17.59%),and psychological factors(12 cases)(11.11%).After clinical nursing and treatment,the insomnia of the patients had been improved remarkably. Conclusion: Fear of complications is the main cause of insomnia in patients with liver cirrhosis,followed by the hospital environment,drug effects and psychological factors.Therefore,it is necessary to give targeted treatment and care to patients,so as to alleviate their insomnia and improve their sleep quality.
