脑卒中并发睡眠障碍患者血清细胞因子及神经递质表达的变化研究

Study on the Change of Serum Cytokines and Neurotransmitters Expression of Patients with Stroke Complicated with Sleep Disorders

目的:探讨脑卒中并发睡眠障碍患者血清细胞因子及神经递质表达的变化情况。方法:选取2017年2月至2018年11月攀枝花市中心医院仁和分院收治的脑卒中并发睡眠障碍患者60例为A组,同时期的脑卒中无睡眠障碍患者60例为B组,体检健康者60名为C组。比较3组的血清细胞因子及神经递质表达水平,同时比较A组中不同失眠严重指数者的血清细胞因子及神经递质表达水平。结果:A组的血清细胞因子及神经递质表达水平均高于B组及C组,B组则高于C组,且A组中不同失眠严重指数者的血清细胞因子及神经递质表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:脑卒中并发睡眠障碍患者血清细胞因子及神经递质均呈现异常表达的状态,且睡眠障碍越为严重的患者其异常程度相对突出。

Objective: To investigate the change situation of serum cytokines and neurotransmitters expression of patients with stroke complicated with sleep disorders. Methods: A total of 60 patients with stroke complicated with sleep disorders from February 2017 to November 2018 were chosen as group A,60 patients with stroke and without sleep disorders at the same time time were chosen as group B,60 healthy persons chosen as the group C.Then the serum cytokines and neurotransmitters expression levels of three groups were compared,and the serum cytokines and neurotransmitters expression levels of group A with different insomnia severity indexes were compared too. Results: The serum cytokines and neurotransmitters expression levels of group A were all higher than those of group B and group C,the levels of group B were higher than those of group C,the serum cytokines and neurotransmitters expression levels of group A with different insomnia severity indexes were compared,the differences were all statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion: The serum cytokines and neurotransmitters expression of patients with stroke complicated with sleep disorders show abnormal expression state,and the the abnormal degree of patients with more serious sleep disorders are more obvious.
