社区护理干预对老年脑卒中患者生命及睡眠质量的效果分析

Effect of Community Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life and Sleep of Elderly Stroke Patients

目的:探讨社区护理干预与普通护理对老年脑卒中患者所产生的护理效果区别。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年12月前往社区治疗老年脑卒中患者178例作为研究对象,按照随机抽取的方式分为对照组和观察组,每组89例,对照组患者接受常规护理方式,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上施以护理干预,最后对2组患者的护理质量进行对比分析。结果:1)无论是SF-36各维度的得分,还是PSQI匹兹堡睡眠质量指数的评分,观察组均远远高于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(SF-36:P <0. 05; PSQI:P <0. 01)。2)对照组获得了79. 8%的护理满意度,而观察组的这一数值则为95. 5%,2者比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:在老年脑卒中患者中实施社区护理干预,对于提升其睡眠质量、生命质量以及护理满意度,均具有良好的效果。

Objective: To compare and analyze the nursing effect of community nursing intervention and general nursing in elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods: A total of 178 cases of patients in First Hospital of Nanping City Fujian Province from Janury 2016 to Februry 2018 were enrolled as research objects, and were randomly put into control group and observation group. 89 cases in each group. Control group received conventional nursing, while the observation group received nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing, and the nursing quality of two groups were analyzed. Results: 1) Both the scores of SF-36 dimensions and the PSQI score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group (SF-36: P <0.05,PSQI: P <0.01). 2) The control group received 79.8% of the nursing satisfaction, while the observation group of this value is 95.5%( P <0.05). Conclusion: Community nursing intervention in senile stroke patients can improve their sleep quality, life quality and nursing satisfaction.
