自噬在视网膜光损伤中的研究进展

摘要 细胞自噬是真核生物中高度保守的一种生物学过程。这一过程对维持细胞内稳态至关重要。随着生物年龄的增长,几乎所有细胞和组织中自噬活性的下降被认为是有害的年龄相关性疾病和不同衰老表型的原因之一。近年来研究发现自噬与视网膜光损伤有着密切联系,本文就自噬的分子机制、自噬与凋亡在视网膜光损伤中及与视网膜光损伤相关的自噬信号通路等方面进行综述。
