摘要
目的检测稽留流产(missed abortion, MA)患者血清及绒毛组织中白细胞介素-17(IL-17)及白细胞介素-35(IL-35)的表达水平,探讨免疫因素对MA的影响。方法选取2017年3—9月在延安大学附属医院就诊的MA患者30例作为观察组,另选取同期早孕终止妊娠患者30例作为对照组。采集两组人工流产术前外周静脉血检测IL-17及IL-35浓度;并在人工流产术后收集两组绒毛组织,采用SP染色法检测IL-17及IL-35阳性表达率;并进一步分析两组患者血清及绒毛组织中IL-17及IL-35表达的相关性。结果观察组血清IL-17浓度高于对照组,IL-35浓度低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胚胎绒毛组织中IL-17阳性表达率高于对照组,IL-35阳性表达率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者血清及胚胎绒毛组织中IL-17及IL-35表达均呈负相关(r=-0.756、-0.367,P<0.05)。结论 MA的发生可能与IL-17的高表达及IL-35的低表达有关;早孕女性血清IL-17及IL-35水平可作为辅助诊断MA的指标,可早期预防妊娠不良结局。
Objective To detect the expression levels of interleukin-17 (IL-17) and IL-35 in serum and chorionic villi of patients with missed abortion (MA), and to explore the effect of immune factors on MA. Methods Thirty patients with MA who were admitted to the Yan'an University Affiliated Hospital from March to September 2017 were selected as the observation group, and 30 cases with normal early pregnancies who required to induce abortion during the same period were selected as the control group. The concentration of IL-17 and IL-35 in the peripheral venous blood collected from both groups was detected before artificial abortion. Chorionic villi of both groups were collected after artificial abortion, and the positive expression rates of IL-17 and IL-35 were detected by SP staining. The correlation between IL-17 and IL-35 expression in serum and chorionic villi of the two groups was analyzed. Results The levels of serum IL-17 were significantly higher in observation group than in control group, while the levels of IL-35 were significantly lower in observation group than in control group ( P <0.05). The positive expression rate of IL-17 in chorionic villi of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, whereas that of IL-35 was significantly lower in observation group than in control group ( P <0.01). The expressions of IL-17 and IL-35 in serum and chorionic villi were negatively correlated in both groups ( r =-0.756,-0.367, P <0.05). Conclusion The development of MA may be related to the high expression of IL-17 and low expression of IL-35. Therefore, serum levels of IL-17 and IL-5 in women with early pregnancy can be used as an indicator for the diagnosis of MA, which can prevent adverse pregnancy outcomes in early stage.
