饲料中7种霉菌毒素测定的研究

摘要 建立了《饲料卫生标准》规定的全部7种霉菌毒素的液质联用仪的检测方法,解决了霉菌毒素检测过程中常见的问题。采用乙腈和水提取,通过多功能柱净化,用内标定量。结果表明,7种霉菌毒素平均回收率为83.6%~123.6%;相对标准偏差为1.62%~5.32%;定量限为(1.0~50)μg/kg,是一种简便、经济、准确度和灵敏度高的检测方法。 The detection method of all 7 mycotoxins by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry(LCMS) was established according to the "Feed Hygiene Standard",and the common problems in the process of mycotoxin detection were solved.Acetonitrile and water were extracted,purified by multi-functional column,and quantified by internal standard.The results showed that the average recovery of 7 mycotoxins was 83.6%-123.6%.The relative standard deviation was 1.62%-5.32%.The quantitative limit was(1.0-50)μg/kg.It is a simple, economical,accurate and sensitive detection method.
