代表作评价制度作为学术成果评价的重要制度,在推行过程中并不顺利,其中的原因既有哲学社会科学成果本身特性的因素,自身制度中存在的缺陷、现实评价环境的不成熟更是主要原因。要充分发挥代表作评价制度的作用,必须以学术思维构建评价体系,坚持分类评价、多元评价,加强代表作基础理论问题与评价实践的研究,以学术成果的质量与贡献为核心标准,定量评价与定性评价相结合,高度重视学术评价救济制度建设,将是科学评价成果质量和教师水平的主要出路。

As an important system for the evaluation of academic achievements, the representative work evaluation system is not successful in the process of implementation. The reasons for this are not only the characteristics of the philosophy and social sciences, but also the defects in the system and the immaturity of the actual evaluation environment. To give full play to the role of the representative evaluation system, we must construct an evaluation system based on academic thinking, adhere to classification evaluation, multi-evaluation, and strengthen the research on the basic theoretical issues and evaluation practices of representative works;we must hold the quality and contribution of academic achievements as the core standard, combine quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation and put a high emphasis on the construction of academic evaluation relief system, which will be the main way to scientifically evaluate the quality of academic achievements and the level of teachers.
