摘要
为了研究艾叶水提物和醇提物对大肠杆菌质控菌株ATCC25922和临床菌株的抑菌活性,为进一步开发艾叶制剂提供基础,试验采用K-B法检测受试菌株对常用抗生素的敏感程度,以检测其耐药性;采用琼脂稀释法检测艾叶水提物和醇提物对大肠杆菌质控菌株和临床菌株的抗菌活性。结果表明:3株大肠杆菌临床菌株为耐药菌株,艾叶水提物对受试大肠杆菌菌株的MIC值为31. 25~62. 5 mg/m L,艾叶醇提物对受试大肠杆菌菌株的MIC值为6. 25~12. 5 mg/m L。说明艾叶的水提物和醇提物对大肠杆菌受试菌株均有一定的抑制作用,醇提物的抑菌作用明显优于水提物。
In order to study the effect of Artemisiae argyi extracts on antibacterial activity of Escherichia coli( E. coli) strains,ATCC25922 and three clinical strains,and to provide some bases for further research,K-B method was used to detect the sensitivity of these clinical strains to some antibiotics and confirm its resistance to antibiotics.The antibacterial activities of water and alcohol extracts of Artemisiae argyi on E. coli strains were determined by Artemisiae argyi dilution.The results showed that three clinical strains were drug-resistant bacteria,the MIC value of the aqueous extracts of Artemisiae argyi against these strains was 31. 25-62. 5 mg/m L,and the MIC value of the alcohol extract of Artemisiae argyi against these strains was 6. 25-12. 5 mg/m L.It indicates that water extracts and alcohol extracts from Artemisiae argyi have certain inhibitory effect on these strains of E. coli,and the antibacterial effect of alcohol extracts is powerful than that of water extracts.
