兰州地区无偿献血人群HTLV感染情况分析

Analysis of epidemic HTLV among voluntary blood donors in Lanzhou, China

目的了解人T淋巴细胞病毒(HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ)在兰州地区无偿献血人群中的感染情况状况,分析本地区流行趋势,为卫生行政部门制定输血相关政策和法规提供科学参考依据,防止经输血传播疾病。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)随机抽取2017年本地区无偿献血者14 686人进行HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ病毒抗体筛查,反应性标本送检至卫生部临检中心做补充实验鉴定。结果初筛检出6例HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ反应性标本(0.041%),经确证1例阳性(0.007%),所有阳性者累计献血1次,献血方式5名个人自愿,1名团体献血。结论本地区献血人群中存在HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ感染者,对献血人群更大规模的HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ筛查,实现献血者信息资源共享化,有效预防本地区输血传播HTLV。

Objective The thesis aims to provide scientific reference for the administrative department of public health on relevant policies and regulations and to prevent disease transmission by transfusion. Analysis of human T lymphocyte virus (HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ) prevalence in blood donors in Lanzhou and trends was performed. Methods A total of 14 686 voluntary blood donors were randomly selected in 2017 in our region to screen HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ virus antibody by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) and the reactive samples were sent to National Center for Clinical Laboratories ( NCCL) conformational tests. Results 6 cases of HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ reactive samples (0. 041%) were first screened out and 1 case was confirmed positive (0. 007%). The 6 donors all possessed blood donation history. Five donated individually and one participated in group donation. Conclusion People infected HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ exist in the region of blood donation. Therefore HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ screening is required to prevent transmitted HTLV by transfusion.
