高职医学院校输血检验技术课程“教学做”一体化教学模式的探索 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨高职医学院校输血检验技术课程"教学做"一体化教学模式的应用效果,构建适应现代输血检验技术教育的课程教学模式。方法随机选取我校2015级医学检验专业1班60名学生作为对照组、2班60名学生作为观察组,2组学生于2014年3—6月学习本课程,对照组采用传统的教学方法,观察组采用"教学做"一体化教学模式进行教学。结果观察组学生主观题得分及考试平均分均明显高于对照组学生,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生教学后在寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、评判性思维自信心、认知成熟度6个维度方面评分均明显高于教学前(P<0.05)。结论将"教学做"一体化教学模式应用于高职医学院校医学检验专业输血检验技术课程,学生在较好的掌握了输血检验技术的理论知识和实践能力的同时培养了学生评判性思维的能力,为日后输血临床实际工作中单独面对输血问题提供了坚实的基础。 Objective To explore the application of“Teaching-learning-practicing”model in the transfusion test technology course of a vocational medical college and its effects,which ultimately serves to construct the teaching model suiting the modern standard of blood transfusion test technology. Methods A random selection of 60 students from class 1,class 2015 was used as the control group. Another 60 students from class 2,class 2015 were used as the observation group. The control group used the traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the“Teaching-learning-practicing” model. Results The scores of subjective questions and the average exam score of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group with significant difference ( P<0. 05). The evaluation scores in truth finding,open thoughts, analytical ability,systematization ability,critical thinking self-confidence and cognition maturity was improved significantly in the observation group post teaching ( P< 0. 05). Conclusion With application of the“Teaching-learning-practicing” model in the blood transfusion test technology course,students acquired necessary academic knowledge /skills as well as improved logical thinking capabilities. This would lay solid foundations for future clinical work for these students.
