Adsorption of Congo Red on Magnetic Porous Carbon Derived from Metal-Organic Frameworks

摘要 基于沸石咪唑类金属有机骨架(ZIF-67)获得了磁性多孔碳材料(MPC),探讨了pH、时间、温度、刚果红含量、MPC投加量等因素对吸附刚果红的作用。结果表明,MPC对刚果红在较宽pH范围内均具备良好的吸附效果;升高温度、增加刚果红含量、加大MPC投加量对MPC吸附刚果红的过程均有积极促进的作用。准2级动力学模型可解释MPC吸附过程;Langmiure比Freundlich和D-R等温吸附模型吸附能更好解释该吸附刚果红过程,吸附最大容量为69.4 mg/g。此吸附是一个自发的吸热过程。 Magnetic porous carbon materials was obtained based by ZIF-67,the effect of pH,time,temperature,Congo red(CR)content,MPC dosage on Congo red adsorption was discussed.The results showed that MPC had a good adsorption effect on CR in a wide pH range.The adsorption capacity of MPC increased with the increase of temperature,CR content and MPC dosage.The pseudo-second order kinetic model could be used to describe the adsorption process by MPC.Langmuir adsorption model could describe the CR adsorption process better than Freundlich and Dubinin-Radushkevich(D-R)isothermal adsorption model,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 69.4 mg/g.This adsorption was a spontaneous and endothermic process.
