3种纳米材料改性PVDF膜的抗污染性能评价 被引量:6

Antifouling Evaluation of Three Used Nanomaterials Modified PVDF Membranes

摘要 采用模拟有机污染物(腐殖酸、海藻酸钠、牛血清白蛋白及其混合液),考察纳米(ZnO、Ag和TiO_2)改性聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜对污染物的分离效能。结果表明,模拟污染物的膜污染机制与纳米改性无关联。PVDF/ZnO膜的水处理效能最佳,通量恢复率90%,可逆污染占总污染比例约90%。与PVDF膜相比,PVDF/ZnO膜在海藻酸钠条件下的污染指数降低了84.8%,对腐殖酸和混合液的浊度去除率分别达到98.9%和94.8%,且对浊度有更高的去除率。ZnO改性PVDF膜表现出良好的水分离性能和抗污染能力,可用于水处理过程。 Humic acid(HA),sodium alginate(SA),bovine serum albumin(BSA),HA+SA+BSA mixed solution were used to investigate the separation properties of three kinds of nano-sized materials(ZnO,Ag and TiO2)modified PVDF membrane.The results showed that the membrane fouling mechanism of simulated pollutants did not associate with nano-modification.The PVDF/ZnO membrane exhibited better water treatment efficiency.The flux recovery rate of PVDF/ZnO membrane was 90%,and the reversible resistance ratio accounted for about 90%.Compared with the PVDF membrane,the fouling index of PVDF/ZnO membrane decreased by 84.8% in the presence of SA,and the turbidity removal rates of humic acid and mixture were 98.9% and 94.8% respectively,and the removal rate of turbidity was also higher.ZnO modified PVDF membrane showed good water separation and antifouling capacity,which could be used for wastewater treatment.
